Mission Statement

Jones and Smith Contractors, LLC is a professional, quality-oriented General Contractor. It is our purposeful intention to be the premier contractor in the industries we serve by providing strong client advocacy and unmatched construction services. Furthermore, it is our goal to provide quality returns to our shareholders. Most importantly, it is our mission to be influencers in the community, promoting development through quality investment in the individuals within the company.

Our History

From humble beginnings in Ayden, NC Jones and Smith Contractors, LLC has grown into one of the premier general contractors in North Carolina. Starting in 1997, the Company focused primarily on site work in Greenville, NC and the surrounding areas. Within the landscape of change the Company began to pursue demolition projects beginning with smaller selective demolition projects, progressing into full structure demolition and also began to pursue work on all the local military installations.

In 2019, new ownership became involved and since, the Company has moved into the utility, heavy civil, water and wastewater markets. Maintaining our pursuit of heavy demolition. The Company currently maintains an unlimited/unclassified general contractors license in the state of North Carolina. While we are focused in the areas of demolition and utility work, with the ability to both GC and self-perform, we stand ready to serve our clients with all their needs, in any market.
